Use alone, at low dosage, this additive allows a strong water reduction (>25%) but also drastically increases the slump retention over the time without any segregation. Ethacryl allows an increase of the productivity, cost reduction and confers good pumpability to concrete.

ETHACRYL™ D 20

Thanks to its fluid powder form,Ethacryl™ D 20 is a superplasticizer for dry mortar applications. This high-performance dispersant is based on Coatex Ethacryl™ polycarboxylate polymer technology. Ethacryl™ D 20 is a key component for cementitious construction materials.

ETHACRYL™ DM

Ethacryl™ DM is a very efficient superplasticizer in flowable powder form dedicated to dry mortar or dry mix applications. It shows all the properties of the Ethacryl™ range and is easy to handle, no dust and fast soluble. It’s particularly suitable for self leveling mortars, screeds, industrial flooring, tiles adhesives and all dry concrete applications. It provides water reduction to plastic and fluid mortar, high early strength and self-leveling and self-compacting behaviors.

ETHACRYL™ G

Ethacryl™ G is a high-performance aqueous dispersant designed for use in concrete applications. Ethacryl™ G is a key component for formulating concrete admixtures. ETHACRYL™ M

Ethacryl™ M is a high performance aqueous dispersant for use in the manufacture of gypsum wallboards and other gypsum based products. It provides fluidity to gypsum slurries at reduced water content. Extensive testing has shown that higher levels of water reduction are obtainable with Ethacryl™ M over conventional dispersants. This results in shorter drying times, faster line speeds and an overall system cost savings.

ETHACRYL™ SP

Breaking the limits of Slump retention Ethacryl™ SP is a new generation of high-performance aqueous dispersant designed for use in concrete applications. Ethacryl™ SP is a key component for formulating concrete admixtures. Ethacryl™ SP improves slump retention time of concrete formulations, at substantially reduced water content. RHEALIS™ AS 20

Rhealis™ AS 20 will act by counteracting shrinkage in both the early and long-term drying.
Rhealis™ AS 20 significantly reduces the surface tension of pore and capillary water thus
slowing down the evaporation of water and reducing crack formation.
Rhealis™ AS 20 works against the plastic and drying shrinkage of concrete and mortars

RHEALIS DF-A

Rhealis™ DF-A is a foam control additive highly recommended for use in combination with Ethacryl™ products in concrete admixtures and in gypsum wallboard manufacturing. It is a liquid type defoaming agent, efficient at low dosage and easily dispersible.

RHEALIS DF-P

Rhealis™ DF-P is a foam control additive highly recommended for use in combination with Ethacryl™ products and all types of Superplasticizers in concrete admixtures and in gypsum wallboard manufacturing. It is aliquid type defoaming agent, efficient at low dosage and easily dispersible.

RHEALIS™ DFOAM

Rhealis™ DFOAM is a foam control additive highly recommended for use in combination with Ethacryl™ products in concrete admixtures and in gypsum wallboard manufacturing. It is a liquid type defoaming agent, efficient at low dosage and easily dispersible.

RHEALIS™ 2449

The dispersions of fillers or extenders, particularly iron oxide, very fine calcium carbonates and clays in water based systems must be achieved easily with common stirrers without forming agglomerates or causing a viscosity build up. Usual inorganic dispersants such as phosphate based dispersants are not able to solve this problem satisfactorily: their deflocculating effectiveness is limited by the fineness of the extenders used and their poor temperature stability (degradation through hydrolysis) affects the long term stability. Rhealis™ 2449 has been especially developed to overcome these problems. It ensures the complete dispersion of extenders and inorganic pigments at high solids contents in systems showing medium to high PVC (Pigment Volume Concentration).

RHEALIS™ 100

Rhealis™ 100 is an additive for vibrocompacting concrete specially adapted to the pavements and other block manufacturing. It increases the water content with same behavior during the block manufacturing, allows the reduction of the cement content, the increase of the block’s strength and provides better surface quality of the final product. It provides excellent workability. Liquid, easy to formulate.

Adhesives

CRAYVALLAC® rheology modifiers provide coatings with a high viscosity under low shear conditions which is typically required for storage stability.

It results in excellent antisedimentation characte-
ristics in pigmented systems thus maintaining a good dispersion and preventing hard settling.

In addition, the excellent shear thinning behaviour of the CRAYVALLAC® rheological additives ensures that coatings are easily applied under the high shear conditions (brush, roller or spray).

The thixotropic nature of the CRAYVALLAC® rheology modifiers, or time dependent viscosity recovery, provides sufficient time for good flow and levelling, yet enables sufficient viscosity build up to prevent sag

CRAYVALLAC® MT

CRAYVALLAC® MT is a micronised amide modified hydrogenated castor oil rheology modifier for solvent-based and solvent-free coatings.
CRAYVALLAC® MT is suited to coating systems based on aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbon/alcohol blends. Compared to the most basic hydrogenated castor oil based rheology modifiers, CRAYVALLAC® MT is more tolerant to stronger solvents

CRAYVALLAC® SL

CRAYVALLAC® SL is a high performance micronised amide wax rheology modifier
designed for the high temperature manufacture of moisture curing methoxysilane
based sealants.

CRAYVALLAC® SLT

CRAYVALLAC® SLT is a high performance micronised amide wax rheology
modifier designed for activation-free manufacture of moisture curing methoxysilane
based sealants. Simple stirring is only necessary to get full efficiency.

CRAYVALLAC® SLX

CRAYVALLAC® SLX is a high performance micronised amide wax rheology
modifier designed for the low temperature manufacture of moisture curing
methoxysilane based sealants.

CRAYVALLAC® SUPER

CRAYVALLAC® SUPER is a high performance, micronised amide wax rheology
modifier suitable for a wide range of solvent-based, high-solids and solvent-free
applications.
CRAYVALLAC® SUPER overcomes those difficulties which exist with
hydrogenated castor oil based rheology modifiers e.g. seeding and false-body.
Consequently, coatings formulated using CRAYVALLAC® SUPER exhibit an
enhanced performance.

CRAYVALLAC® 2K EPOXY

They are organic rheology modifiers, showing :
